Indian Army GD Exam Pattern 2019

The first Exam is the Physical Fitness Test (PFT). Candidates who qualify the Physical Criteria of Indian Army undergoes a written Exam of 100 marks comprising of 50 objective type questions of General knowledge, Mathematics, and General Science.

The Soldier GD Written exam held after a medical test. Candidates who will pass the Army medical test are only able to proceed for written Exam.

Indian Army GD Exam Important Details:

  • Indian Army GD Exam comprises of 100 questions of General knowledge, Mathematics General Science and logical reasoning.
  • There will be 30 questions will be from General knowledge, 40 questions from General science, 20 questions from Mathematics and 10 questions of logical reasoning.
  • It will contain total 100 marks in which passing marks is 32.

This means that in Indian Army Exam 30% questions will be from GK section, 40% form Science, 20% from mathematics and the rest 10% from reasoning section.

Indian Army recruits clerk for Indian army every year on the basis of various qualifications and Eligibility Criteria. Clerk Eligibility Criteria is based on physical abilities and educational qualifications.

Indian Army Clerk Exam Extra Information:

  • You will get plenty of time for the written exam after passing the medical test. The written exam is held after 4 to 6 weeks of medical Test.
  • The paper will be in two parts and will be of total 200 marks. 60 Minutes or 1 hour of time will be given to complete the Exam.
  • You will need 32 marks in each and total 80 or more than 80 marks to qualify the exam. But these marks are not always enough to appear in the merit list. so, it’s good to attain maximum marks in written Exam.

Indian Army Soldier Technical Exam Pattern 2019

The Written Exam will be conducted in two parts:

Part 1:

  • This paper generally has questions that assess your Intelligence Quotient(IQ), Numerical Ability, General knowledge & Current Affairs.
  • The paper will carry total 100 marks with time duration of 1 hour to complete the paper. Candidates who will qualify paper I of Army Clerk will appear in paper 2nd.
  • Passing Marks in each subject of Paper 1 is 32.

Part 2:

  • The paper 2nd generally comprises questions of Physics, Chemistry & Maths.
  • Each will contain 50 marks (Total 150 marks) with Time duration of 30 minutes, & pass marks being 16 in each Subject.

Indian Army Nursing Exam Pattern 2019

Every year Indian Army recruits Lakhs of young peoples to its different wings through different Examinations. Indian Army Soldiers Nursing Assistant Examination is one of them.

Entrance Exam of nursing assistant is held on 4th Sunday of Jan, March, May, July, September & November for the recruitment of Soldiers.

The Examination is held four times a year. Unmarried male Indian Citizens of age 17.5 – 23 Years(Those of Nepal) are eligible to apply.

The Entrance Exam of Nursing Assistant is held in the following two parts:

Part 1:

  • It generally comprises Intelligence Quotient(IQ), Mathematical Aptitude, General knowledge & Current Affairs.
  • The 1st Paper will carry total 100 marks with time Duration of paper is 60 Minutes. Pass marks being 32.

Indian Army Tradesman Exam Pattern 2019

Central board of Indian Army also releases Recruitment For Indian Army Soldier Tradesman every year. To get recruited as a Tradesman a Candidate has to go through Physical Fitness Test (PFT) , Aptitude Test, Medical Test and finally the Written Test(CEE).

The Aptitude Test is an Exception for Tradesman category. This test is carried out to check the knowledge of a Candidate about the Trades he has applied for.

Indian Army Tradesmen exam format is as follows:

  • The paper will carry total 100 marks and will ask total 50 questions. Each question will be of 2 marks.
  • 1 hour will be given to complete the Exam.

Army Tradesmen Exam Important Details:

  • The questions in the Written Exam will be based on three main subjects General knowledge (40 questions/worth 40%), General Science (15 questions/worth 30%) & Mathematics (15 questions/worth30%).
  • The syllabus for soldier Tradesman written exam is simple. Except for the GK part, rest questions will come from CBSE syllabus of 8th, 9th & 10th.
